    Facilities Administrative Assistant

    Applicants should be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work with the ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and deal with complex/sensitive issues, are all essential criteria for the post.

    Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and team working skills and have experience of supporting and encouraging others whilst working in a demanding office/customer service environment.

    The successful applicant will be required to have previous administrative experience, have the ability to take concise minutes and have an excellent working knowledge/understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including the use of databases.

    The successful applicant will also be required to have GCSE English Language qualification or equivalent and have typing skills or recognised typing/secretarial qualification such as RSA Stage II Word Processing.

    The post holder will provide professional and comprehensive support to the department.

    The post holder will contribute to the day to day provision of the administrative support to the department and as such will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills, whilst also having the ability to be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work, working with minimal supervision.

    The post holder will act as a point of contact for the department representing the organisation and projecting a professional and confident image at all times.

    Qualifications/Training
    Educated to GCSE English or equivalent
    NVQ Level 2 or 3 Business Administration
