    We are seeking to hire Guest Service Manager to join our team in the City of London. The ideal candidate will be someone who is upbeat and positive who encourages the team's performance, who will steer the team their shift to ensure the hotel operates as smooth as possible to offer the overall care, hospitality, and service given to our customers throughout their stay.

    This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.

    Position: Guest Service Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Consider guest experience and satisfaction in everything you and the team do to deliver an outstanding experience, take your time to understand, engage and recognise our guests;
    • Ensure guests are met professionally whilst standards of reception operations being met at all times;
    • Direct and oversee Front of House operations ensure guest satisfaction and safety;
    • Assist with reception and concierge duties as needed.
    • Ensure the successful and precise completion of the checklists.
    • Assist with all hotel operations including other departments whenever required;
    • Manage and monitor activities of the team, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and follow company procedures and standards at all times;
    • Maintain high morale and productivity of the team as well as good cooperation and communication between the departments;
    • Manage all manpower during shift to maximise and make sure all duties are completed timely and efficiently;
    • Ensure compliance with all financial, privacy, data security and H&S procedures.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of Opera PMS Systems
    • Experience in a similar environment
    • Eager to learn
    • Flexible with working shift pattern requirements
    • Ability to work 12 hours shift patterns on 4 days on 4 days off or similar, day or night
