    Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious, talented, and driven Senior Designer with a can-do attitude to join our team. Someone with a minimum of five years' industry experience, an exceptional portfolio, and the ability to lead by example in everything they do.

With excellent people skills, you'll play a huge part in our creative output, collaborating with other designers, developers, and writers, and working closely with our Creative Director.

    We'll want you to...

    • Have a strong portfolio with a proven track record in delivering projects that have re-energised brands, and exceeded expectations, both internally and client-side.
    • Be an excellent conceptual thinker, with an inquisitive mind, who has the skills to take an idea from sketch to finished product.
    • Display a passion and appreciation for design across all channels, from print to interactive, to video, and more.
    • Know how to join the dots between online and offline.
    • Have strong communication and presentation skills. Able to work alone but with experience in leading less senior designers on projects.
    • Have an appetite and drive to ask why, always striving to make things better, and always wanting to learn and develop.
    • Be proficient in Adobe CS.
    • Be big on attention to detail.
    • Throw yourself into being part of our team and culture, caring about our success, and getting involved in our side projects, too.

It'll be a bonus if you...

    • Have a way with words.
    • Know your way around After Effects.

We are an agency that believes in curiosity, honesty, optimism, imagination, and resilience. Where working together brings better ideas. Where openness and honesty results in better working relationships. Where creativity is for impact and results, not just aesthetics. Where we look after one another, our partners, suppliers, and clients. And we know that our long successful track record and broad range of expertise brings confidence in what we do.

You would be part of a great team, shaping our work on great (often global) brands from our studio in Glasgow's Merchant City. We operate a hybrid working model based around a 3/2 studio/remote split, and as a result the successful candidate should be able to be in the studio three days per week.

We offer flexible working, 25 days' holiday plus 9 bank holidays each year, your birthday off, private healthcare and a pathway for career development.

Interested? To apply, send us your CV and some work examples by Friday 26 April 2024.
