Looking for a dynamic and experienced Hedging Treasury Manager to join a market leading brand.

In the role of Hedging Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our company's hedging activities to mitigate financial risks and maximize returns.

You will be in charge of developing and implementing hedging strategies that alignwith our business goals and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess the company's financial risks and exposures, including currency, interest rate, and commodity risks.
  • Develop and implement hedging strategies that effectively manage these risks and maximize returns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing hedging programs and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with market trends and developments, and make recommendations to senior management on hedging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, accounting, and risk management, to ensure hedging activities are properly integrated into overall business operations.
  • Manage relationships with external counterparties, such as banks and brokers, to ensure efficient and costeffective execution of hedging transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors on hedging activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on hedging.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detailoriented and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
