ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Harnham is working with a dynamic and innovative market research firm, that is currently seeking an Associate Director to join their team.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact research solutions to clients across multiple sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of methodologies, from brand tracking to segmentation, and contribute to the success of our client's projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
• Utilize a wide range of research methodologies and techniques to conduct in-depth analysis.
• Produce high-quality, well-designed research outputs that meet client expectations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
