- Handling Quarterly Business Reviews with existing customers
- Working closely with sales team to assist in onboarding of new accounts
- Responsible for upsell and renewals of existing accounts
- Main POC for contacts in businesses 1,000+ headcount
- Taking a data-driven approach, assisting customers to understand key insights and get the best use from the solution
- B2B Experience as a Customer Success or Client Success Manager
- Experience in the SaaS sector strongly preferred
- Working with Customers of 1,000+ headcount
- Experience dealing with internal sales teams is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset; ability to work with complex data and communicate this back to customers in order to make informed business decisions
- Ability to work hybrid from London HQ
