- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Holiday Allowance: 21 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holidays
- Mobile Working: Covering Bristol exclusively
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Undertaking routine inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment
- Liaising with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- F-Gas Certification (essential)
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Experience with a variety of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers
- Knowledge of controls systems and BMS (Building Management Systems)
