BluePool Computer Services Ltd are looking for a IT Support Engineer.

We are an IT company based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire and have been established for over 22 years with a customer base across Yorkshire and beyond.

We provide companies with IT Support Services to a wide variety of industries and businesses; we provide a complete service that begins with a consultation through to implementation and support.

We work closely with leading software and hardware manufacturers to provide a complete service to our customers.

You will be primarily working as first line support and will pro-actively monitor, escalate, and pursue outstanding Helpdesk calls to ensure that they are responded to promptly.

Throughout this process you will ensure customers are kept fully informed of the progress of their Helpdesk calls and they are satisfied with the resolution when completed.

You will be primarily based in our office in Doncaster after an initial probationary period there will be scope for hybrid working.

There will be numerous development opportunities.
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience working in a Helpdesk environment.
Experience of being the first point of contact for inbound customer calls/emails/messages received into the Helpdesk.
Immediately flag major incidents and escalate accordingly.
Windows 10 and 11, Android & IOS
Microsoft Office 365
Basic Network Troubleshooting
Shows a high standard of spoken & written English to enable good communications with our customers and suppliers.
Full driving UK license
Permanent, full-time position 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
22 days holiday plus statutory.
