    Description

    WeDoData are working with a high achieving secondary school in Hertfordshire who are recognised as being outstanding in all area's in their most recent Ofsted report.

    They are now looking to take on an experienced Admissions Officer - and can offer both full time of part time hours, term time only.

    The RoleWorking as part of the wider office support & administrative team, you will be responsible for all aspects of admissions including dealing with enquiries from parents, liaising with the local council to establish year 7 entries and vacancies, and being responsible for the the application process, from applications received to offers being made.

    Entering new students onto MIS DatabaseProvide school census information Dealing with appealsDeal with enquiries from parentsFile pupil records for incoming studentsResponsible for applications and placementsRequirementsPrevious experience working in the education sector is essential, with an understanding of how schools work and the systems they use - including MIS such as SIMS, Bromocm, Arbor or iSams.

    An understanding of how admissions in education works is also necessary.
    In ReturnThis role is being offered either full time - 37 hours per week, or part time - 27 hours per week37-hour contract: Monday

    30am - 4.00pm 27-hour contract Monday
    • Thursday 9.
