_The role:

Reporting to the HR Lead in the US and partnering with the MD for your EMEA region, this is a true HRBP role.

Working closely with your central recruitment, L&D and reward teams, you will partner your managers to guide and support them on all people matters.

The focus of the role will be - to facilitate, champion and educate on organisational design practices, retention and development, performance management approaches and ER.

You will collaborate with your global teams to work on joint initiatives and projects.
You will partner with 2 locations in the UK and 2 across Europe.


_About you:

You will have worked in a global business, ideally for a US parent company, within a matrix operating model.

You could have operating at HRBP level looking for a step up in your career you could be a Senior HRBP or Head of HR looking for your next challenge.


It is essential for this role that you have partnered with technical teams, these could be engineers or scientists however this is key for this role.

Your HR skills will include

  • Coaching line managers
Managing and resolving complex ER issues
Leading on performance management
Analysing trends and metrics to develop people solutions
Collaborating on HR projects
Collaborating on comp and benefits projects
Succession planning and talent management
Employee engagement
Organisational design
