We are looking for an experienced Science Technician to work alongside our specialist staff and support our students to achieve their very best.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a secondary school science department and be able to cover all science fields to GCSE.

The Science department is a friendly and cohesive team with years of experience. It is housed in 5 state-of-the-art laboratories and serviced by a well resourced prep room.

We will shortly move into a brand new £35 million building, with a larger preparation area and 8 science labs equipped to the same high standard.

Standard term time only pay is calculated on the basis of the following:

• Public (bank) holidays – 1.Employees with less than 5 years' service will receive 27 days annual leave. Employees with more than 5 years' service will receive 32 days annual leave. 38 weeks (term time) + 27 days (annual leave) + 8 days (public holidays) = 45 weeks' pay, to be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

38 weeks (term time) + 32 days (annual leave) + 8 days (public holidays) = 46 weeks' pay, to be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
