    We are working with this top client to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Data Manager, with a real drive to enhance students' experience of education.

    The successful candidate will act as systems and data manager for all internal and external student-level data systems, including school MIS and interconnected software, ensuring the smooth running of the Academy data system.

    Oversee management information systems, assessments, and data reporting.
    Analyse assessments using tools like SISRA and ALPS, set and monitor student target grades.
    Manage Year 7 transition data, student and workforce censuses, and assist in curriculum processes.
    Generate periodic reports on behaviour, staff absence, attendance, and compliance.
    Serve as the data protection officer and ensure accurate reporting to the Department for Education.
    Supervise the exams officer and provide staff training on data systems.


    Data Manager RoleSalary:
    £44,000 - £48,000Start date: September 2024Job type: Full Time, Permanent

    Data Manager Requirements:
    Proficiency in ICT packages, SIMS systems, and academy census procedures.
    Knowledge of assessment policies and procedures, with at least two years' experience in education.
    Experience in an inner-city school environment and creating accurate reports for senior management.
    Ability to work within deadlines and contribute to policy development.
