Description

We are working with an award-winning global communications consultancy who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on 6 month FTC part time basis (20 hours per week).

Main responsibilities:

Provide an effective credit control service and ensure the aged debt is kept within agreed company guidelines
Chase overdue invoices by telephone and keeping records of all contact with customers on CRM system
Ad hoc duties as and when required
To deal with client queries in an accurate and timely manner.
Credit checking and setting up of new accounts;

The person:

Ideally you will have at least 12 months previous experience of credit control, ideally gained within the creative or marketing industry;
Previous exposure to Maconomy is desirable;
