    The Role

    As the People Coordinator, you will act as first point of contact for all day-to-day employee queries. You will also support the wider People team in all aspects of our HR "People" function including:

    • All aspects of recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication through to offer
    • Coordinate the process of our employee lifecycle including, but not limited to, talent attraction, onboarding, engagement, well-being, reward, retention, talent development and culture.
    • Maintain our HRIS to ensure this remains the single source of truth for People data
    • Collecting and preparing monthly payroll changes reports and supporting documentation
    • Coordinate with external partners pre and during employment vetting
    • Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries
    • Ensure accuracy of relevant sections on the internal intranet and update resources regularly.
    • Provide clear guidance and advice to employees and managers in relation to our People policies, processes, and procedures in line with best practice
    • Coordinate training programmes internally and with external providers
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of the people-related aspects of M&A transitions, including TUPE and consultation.
    • Be an ambassador for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
    • Contribute to conducting research that our reward and remuneration reflect market trends and best practice, providing benchmark data to the wider People team.
    • Be an early warning trigger regarding any engagement issues we might start to see, whether picked up through offboarding or other mechanisms

    Additional information:

    • Hybrid role – office-based approx. 2 days per week
    • 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
