Description
As a Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) you will operate at the heart of the business communicating with suppliers, product teams, sales teams and the wider operations function to help ensure that stock levels are optimized for efficient maximization of sales, margin and profit and that pertinent and accurate information is available to drive success.
Information accuracy, efficient working as well as excellent communication skills will be key to the success of this role.Accountabilities Summary:
- Ensure optimum accuracy and integrity of all information at all times.
- Maintain seasonal range information and create and communicate range information, pricelists and order sheets.
- Maintain accurate system information on Planning and Productionspecific product data, pricing and delivery windows and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising department.
- Analise stock availability and identify action required to ensure delivery to customer on time and in full.
- Create seasonal range and sales analysis.
- Create, maintain and publish weekly and month company reporting relating to stock and sales (e.g. bestsellers, slow movers, stock lists)
- Confirm order deadlines with suppliers
- Break buy quantities down to size level and agree on order quantities with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels
Essential Experience:
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- MS Excel to an advanced level
