    We are currently looking for an HR/Learning & Development Assistant to play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department and facilitating Learning and Development initiatives within Lyle & Scott.

    This position is responsible for providing administrative support across the HR functions. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record management, file maintenance, and data entry.
    Respond to employee inquiries and support with HR-related matters as needed.
    Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
    Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and resources for employee development programs.
    Help in coordinating logistics for training events, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
    Collaborate with HR team members and department managers to identify training needs and priorities.
    Monitor training attendance and track employee accreditations.
    Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
    Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, policy updates, or employee engagement initiatives.
    Contribute to developing and implementing HR programs to support the company's strategic objectives.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience, interest or knowledge of HR as a business function.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Up to 40 days of holiday a year with a holiday purchase scheme
