    What success looks like in this role:

    As part of our Managed Applications Services, we are seeking an individual to join our team to provide support and development for our Command and Control services, particularly focusing on mainframe solutions. Responsibilities would include:

    • Identifying and resolving issues to support end users
    • Resolving system component interface issues
    • Developing enhancements and new functionalities

    To excel in this role, you should have:

    The primary technical skills required include experience in Application Support, specifically in COBOL development. Knowledge of technologies like COBOL, OS2200 Unisys mainframe, DMS/RDMS databases, and Transaction Processing is essential. Additionally, expertise in ITIL is beneficial.

    Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for regular client communication, and experience in the Public Sector is advantageous.

    Participation in on-call support and obtaining CTC clearance are mandatory for this role.
