    Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead problem-solving for non conform applying 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma all driving to understand root cause.
    • Lead implementation for corrective and preventive actions , always focusing on continuous improvement for quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Promote and develop quality culture (internal/ supplier) and deploy quality fundamentals.
    • Drive continuous improvement projects.
    • Develop and implement quality documentation such as PFMEA, and control plan.
    • Lead continuous process improvement impacting non-quality costs and customer returns using CI tools.
    • Apply quality systems based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards and participate in internal and external audits
    Qualifications
    • 5- 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
    • University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
    • Fluency in English
    • knowledge of quality fundamentals
    • certified internal auditor ISO 9001

    • Focus on Customer
    • Ability to communicate, organize and work in a cross-functional Team environment.
    • Strong Leadership
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Oral and written communication.
