Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Totton
Salary Type: GBP150 - GBP200 Per Day
Start Date: Immediately

• QTS/PGCE certification is essential.
• A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and a passion for innovative teaching methods are key.
• Patience, adaptability, and a love for learning are essential qualities you bring to the classroom as a KS1 Teacher.
• Craft captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and ignite a spark of curiosity in every student.

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that promote knowledge, growth, and a deep understanding of the curriculum.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and empowered to participate.
• Use effective techniques to optimise learning, manage behavior constructively, and promote positive student engagement.
• Assess student achievement, providing clear and actionable feedback to support their individual development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success is a shared goal as a KS1 Teacher.

• Experience in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and technology integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
