    1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
    Assists Program Director in developing and revising program policies and procedures
    Ensures that clinical records are accurate, current and meet all agency and funding source requirements
    Ensures that all clients receive quality service in compliance with all funding source, agency and licensing standards
    Prepare client assessments, initial treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and discharge planning
    Participate in care planning team meetings and/or group consultations as required
    Maintain effective and positive working relationships with referral sources, community members, colleagues, supervisor, employees and other agency programs
    Work with children, adolescents, adults and elders representing varying ethnicities, cultures, and religions; Crisis intervention and referral to higher level of care as needed

    Master's degree in mental health, social work, counseling or related field required; Knowledge, skills and supports to identify needs of abused and neglected children and adults
    Understand child development and individual and family functioning.
    Work with individuals with co-occurring, mental health and substance use conditions
    Previous work experience with 7-18 year old
    Computer proficiency
    Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance and reliable transportation
