    Your impact:

    As an Onshore/Offshore LaboratoryTechnician you will have the exciting opportunity to undertake soiltesting in our onshore laboratory and provide support to ouroffshore operations. Your responsibilities will include samplelogging laboratory testing quality assurance and data entry underthe guidance of the LaboratoryManager.

    TheJob:

    • Adhering toGeoquip Marine Policies and Procedures particularly focusing onquality health safety and theenvironment.
    • Participating in health and safetytalks meetings or training.
    • Preparing testingand analyzing samples using laboratory tools or testingequipment.
    • Recording and processing testdata.
    • Performing daily and weekly equipmentchecks.
    • Ensuring timely execution of laboratorytests.
    • Undertaking any other duties deemednecessary within your competence andfunction.
    • Maintenance and calibration oflaboratory equipment.
    • Performing geotechnicaldescription and laboratory testing of soil and rocksamples.
    • Producing boreholelogs.
    • Quality control of collecteddata.
