Our client one of Yorkshire's leading law firms is looking to recruit a part time Legal Assistant /Secretary to join their highly successful team in Sheffield.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of the Department your role will include:

Providing a high level of secretarial support to the Senior Solicitor and Paralegal within the Wills and Probate Team
Assisting on Private Client Matters, including administration matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
Drafting and typing correspondence using copy typing and digital dictation skills
Managing and distributing post
Answering and directing calls
Assisting with Will signings when required.

About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Law student looking to secure their first role within a Law Firm.

Hours are negotiable between 16-21 per week and the days worked are also flexible.
