Key Responsibilities:

Own your WSSI's, down to sub category level
Support Senior Merchandiser with WSSI reviews
Monitor Sales vs Cover
Review the supply base, core capabilities of suppliers and their leadtimes
Run and manage all WSSI and linecard meetings with junior members of the team on a weekly basis
Propose rephasing, cancellations, PO amendments, rebuys, and move on's
You will actively trade your area with senior designers
Push for test and trial items for new reactions and to build on history
You will build clear, concise trade reports for Monday trade with junior members of your team
Derisk the area of duplication or seasonality concerns
Propose mark down lines each season
Manage OTB on a weekly basis
Plan newness through OTB with Design for weekly sign off
Actively review product mixes and tradability of certain categories off the back of trade each week
Build strategy decks and seasonal building blocks
Ensure all PO's, delivery schedules and critical paths are being accurately managed by junior members of the team
Push and plan for promotional activity by working closely to other areas of the business such as trading and marketing teams
