Kenvue is recruiting for a Demand and Supply Planner, located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom:

What will you do

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead S&OP Process for the related portfoliomarket
Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on any changes required
Measure, track and report performance of the current statistical models and parameters
Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. for demand shaping
Generate scenarios considering products, past event data, customer/market analysis, cannibalization, substitution and other relevant parameters
Generate and update system forecast for new products and end of life exceptions
Analyze supply and demand projections to proactively identify and communicate potential business risks, whilst deploying strategies to mitigate issues
Communicate business risks to inmarket teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Development and Finance
Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio
Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply
Enables PLAN to deliver / improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures for her/his portfolio
Partner with the commercial organization to support achievement of the financial plan by highlighting inventory opportunities
Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans
Ensure excellent execution of key seasonal planning activities and provide insights to the business of seasonal performance
Provide demand input to NE S&OP to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.
Represent Supply Chain within Squads
Participates into Demand Reviews and other S&OP forums as applicable

Qualifications:

What we are looking for
Education

University Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics. Supply Chain certification (APICs, IBF, etc) is desirable

Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain

Experience Guidelines
Experience with ERP (SAP R3, APO and BW), very good Microsoft Office user skills (esp. Microsoft Excel)

Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities

Has strong analytical skills
Structured and processoriented way of working
Understands forecasting techniques
Ability to translate market intelligence to forecast
Ability to make quick judgements around key priorities
Assimilates large quantity of data quickly to provide clear and concise summary to stakeholders
Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine improvement needs
Ability to build strong collaborative relationship
Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience
