TPFRecruitment are supporting a fantastic independent accountancypractice based in Brighton who are looking for an experiencedAccounts & Tax Manager to join their team. Our client ishappy to consider both full time and part time applicants. You willsupport the partners with their client porotlfio and work in ageneral practice position servicing a range of owner managedbusinesses.

• Prepareand manage limited company sole trader and partnership accounts andcorporation tax returns on Irissoftware.
  
• Liaisedirectly with clients to obtain the necessaryinformationto complete company accounts and tax returns in a timely manner tomeet filing and payment deadlines.
  
• Identify ways to develop relationships with clients and deliveradded value.
  
• Achieve team and individual budgets.
  
• Maintain the highest technical and professional standard.
  
• Provide additional help and guidance to clients as required.
  
• Coach train and develop junior members ofstaff.
  

Requirements

• AccountingQualification (ACCA/ACA) or qualified byexperience.
  
• Relevant experience of accounts and tax work in a practiceenvironment.
  
• Tax knowledge sufficient to prepare corporation tax computationsand self assessment tax returns for sole traders / partnerships andltdcompanies
  
• Excellent communications skills and strong interpersonalskills
