    The successful candidate will be competent at carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on high-pressure mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps and general plant systems.

    Requirements

    • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
    • Building services maintenance experience in large commercial setting (high-rise offices,
    hospitals, or critical environments)
