    Job Summary

    o The post holder will support the Managers within the Directorate to deliver effective financialmanagement within the designated areas within the Work with other teams across the Directorate to assist in the consistency of planning, ledger inputand reporting to ensure information is properly managedo Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomesrequired of the role.     Main duties of the job

    o Undertake financial information analysis as agreed with job Contribute to effective information management within the Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information/analystadvice and support and to maintain data collection systems for its effective use by the Analyse and report on data and monitor the processing of data and Work with senior members of the finance team to support the financial management of the budgetfor the ICBo Work with teams across the ICB to enable the delivery of financial breakeven position, includingthe development of recovery programmes where requiredo Ensure that financial systems, reporting and mechanisms are appropriately maintained to deliverrobust and accurate financial information and Work with other teams across the Directorate to assist in the consistency of planning, ledger inputand reporting to ensure information is properly managedo Contribute to the delivery of the agreed portfolio ensuring it is delivered in line with monthly andannual timetable and reporting Undertake auditing of projects, services, Actively supports and contributes to the development of key performance indicators for thesuccessful assessment of Support implementation of project, service, initiative through timely and relevant informationanalysis and administrative support, in accordance with the agreed priorities of the Team.

    Essential

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or experience of working in specialist area.
  • Experience in a finance environment, with clear understanding of transactional requirements for financial management.
  • Experience

  • Clear communicator with good writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to manage time effectively, prioritise and organise short / medium / long term plans and deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Be a team player and be able to contribute to the professionalism of the finance team
  • Capable of working on own initiative and managing own workload, working to tight and often changing timescales
