    DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - CONTRACT - LONDON (HEATHORW) - HYBRID

    Hybrid working- 1 day onsite in Heathrow required
    This role is for a Document Controller to work on the Heathrow Airport Technology Delivery Partner (TDP) Project. The role is primarily remotely based position with the occasional need to work from Heathrow Airport as needed.

    The candidate will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of our client and project documents.

    Responsible for the control of numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments assisting in the management and delivery of implementation projects.

    Efficient preparation and management of the client and project documents.
    Assist in the development and implementation of processes related to document control and management.
    Quality management of documents and the document storage systems.
    Monitor and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
    Communicate and coordinate with other Project personnel.
    Computer literate - strong working knowledge of (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and document management systems.
    has knowledge of the Heathrow Documentum document management system.
    Computer literate - strong working knowledge of MS Office
    Has a pro-active and collaborative approach to projects. Teamwork is a key success factor in the Heathrow project.
    Personal accountability - Takes ownership of the project and seeks to continuously improve performance and standards.
    Preferably has an IT and business administration qualification.
