    An exciting opportunity to join our Banking Receipts Team as a Receipts Team Assistant.

    Role Overview :

    Looking for a reliable, diligent individual with good investigatory and communication skills.The team function is to ensure all monies received into various corporate bank accounts, whether that be direct transfers or by cheque, are banked and allocated correctly on the finance system.

    Team Overview :

    The Banking Receipts team is a team of 4 people with a busy environment, The team is responsible for ensuring every transaction received into the corporate bank accounts is accounted for accurately and in a timely manner.

    While the main focus and bulk of the work for the team is for Savills (UK) Ltd, we also provide services to our subsidiaries and sister companies. There are daily, weekly and monthly deadlines to work towards.

    The successful candidate will need to be able to investigate transactions both internally and externally and be comfortable liaising with people across the business.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Daily routine banking processes using application such as Microsoft Excel, Atlas to review/manipulate data and load into the finance system.
    • Daily use of our finance system Microsoft D365 for posting receipts and journals.
    • Setting up payments to return funds or to transfer to other Savills bank accounts.
