    Job summary

    o To provide overall management of the Employment Adviser Services in Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation To support, facilitate, and monitor progress of the project within and across site(s).o To support performance improvement by monitoring progress of projects, producing project or service documentation and facilitating To manage a team of EA staff and work closely with Talking Therapies Service Managers and Programme Managers to support the delivery of work within the GM Talking Therapies Service offer to the standard and timescales required

    Main duties of the job

  • To provide day to day support, supervision and direction to members of staff who are carrying out lead roles in work streams.
  • To deliver a high standard of business support to senior colleagues and assist the management team with the implementation of service improvements and developments.
  • The post holder will be responsible for developing information systems to collect, analyse and process a range of data. This will include the interpretation and monitoring of information from Trust systems to comply with contracts and service standards/improvements.
  • Working closely with clinical and non-clinical staff, to support efficient operational practice contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, activity, and compliance targets.
  • The post holder will lead the culture change associated with new and changing targets, providing feedback and information to senior management and clinical teams.
  • Lead in managing projects or several individual project aspects, including planning project activities across services that may be in multiple sites or various support departments / directorates.
  • Lead on the development of project documentation and present materials to groups of people, including clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.
