    • Lead client services team in delivering exceptional branding and design solutions
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
    • Create strategic plans and proposals for client projects
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
    • Provide expert guidance on branding and design strategies
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
    • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field
    • Proven experience in client services within the branding or design industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Desired Experience:

    • 6-12 years of experience in client services specifically in branding and design
    • Previous experience leading a team
    • Track record of successful project management
