    TheRole:
    As one of our early engineeringhires you will be a cornerstone in building and shaping ourtechnology and culture. This role is perfect for seasoned engineerswho thrive in dynamic startup environments and are passionate aboutdeveloping highquality software with a customerfocused approach.Your work will directly impact the development and success of ourproducts.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    Collaborate with asmall team of engineers to design develop and deploy scalablesoftware solutions integrating large language models(LLMs).
    Work handson with product management andcustomers to refine and implement feature requirements.
    Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle fromplanning to deployment.
    Engage in technicaldecisionmaking and product strategy ensuring alignment withbusiness goals.
    Promote a culture of excellence incoding and system design establishing best practices for futuregrowth.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in software engineering with a portfolio ofsignificant past projects.
    Strong background inprogramming and systems design particularly in Python or otherrelevant technologies.
    Experience working in earlystagestartups and comfortable with the fastpaced nature of startupenvironments.
    Demonstrable interest and experience inworking with large language models and AI technologies.
    Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to workindependently or as part of a team.
    Strong communicationskills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverseteam.
    A straightforward right to work with at least oneday per week available for inofficecollaboration.
