I'm working with a reputable client who are looking for a Building Surveyor qualified with either MRICS or MCIOB and able to inspect property and issue reports without supervision.


They deal with the following matters:

  • Prepurchase inspections of commercial and residential property
  • Insurance reinstatement cost assessments
  • Expert Witness building defect reports (including Housing Disrepair cases)
  • Party Wall Act matters including boundary disputes
  • Project Management
  • Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations
This role comes with a car allowance.
