    Description

    Join our centralised email marketing team and become a strategic partner in crafting, executing, and analysing impactful email campaigns for key business pillars. You'll leverage your in-depth Eloqua expertise to design, test, and deploy single and multi-step campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

    You will be responsible for the successful management and reporting of all initiatives in support of outbound email campaigns. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced email marketing professional with strong Eloqua knowledge.

    We're looking for a data-driven individual with a passion for crafting engaging email experiences.

    You will be collaborating with stakeholders for use of data-driven insights to recommend effective campaign strategies and tactics.

    Day-to-day Responsibilities

    Campaign Management:

    • Manage email requests, workload, and promotional schedules for key pillars and brands, ensuring timely completion and deployment of campaigns and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with Email Automation Specialists in campaign activation.
    • Project manage inbound campaign work and email requests.

    Email Design & Production:

    • Provide daily Eloqua email QA support and management following email calendars.
    • Create and edit email HTML, utilising Eloqua's responsive design editor.

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Deliver insightful reports on email campaign performance (status, opens, clicks, conversions, churn) to stakeholders, monthly or bi-weekly.
    • Translate data into actionable business and consumer insights.
    • Be proficient in data analysis tools like Excel and BI platforms.

    Technical Skills:

    • Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and drive value.
    • Understanding email international privacy regulations (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
    • Possess intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs).

    Other:

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to established processes.
    • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal collaboration.
    • Familiarity with email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
    • Understanding of email copywriting principles to craft engaging and effective content.
