- Provide initial and advanced-level support for the company's IT and Audio-Visual systems by carrying out the tasks outlined below.
- Handle all IT hardware, software & telephony support tasks, managing support tickets efficiently, focusing mainly on London but also overlooking Midlands and Stafford locations when required.
- Create and remove IT profiles for new hires and departing employees promptly, as well as update staff profiles as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors, especially concerning the printer services contract, particularly in the area of on-site consumables management.
- Manage the IT Department's inventory of equipment, particularly laptops and desktops for new users, replacements, and repairs, following the provided guidelines. Oversee storage areas and ensure regular recycling activities, including Waste Electrical recycling.
- Offer training sessions upon request, including informal training on IT equipment usage.
- Maintain shared computers in meeting rooms, ensuring their functionality and configurations.
- Support the IT Team's Cyber-Security protocols by collaborating with the vulnerability scanner and addressing any detected issues alongside the team.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver technical assistance for the company's exhibitions, events, and business operations.
- Deliver technical support and issue resolution for AV equipment, providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Assist with Windows desktop and server OS, as well as mobile OS support.
- Support various Microsoft Technologies like Hyper-V, Office 365, and Azure.
- Supervise system backups, manage the tape library, and organize the transfer of tapes to off-site locations.
