Location: Lincoln
Salary: £100 - £150 per day
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are currently recruiting Speech & Language Therapists for a full-time position in Lincoln. Our partnered school requires dedicated professionals to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing students' speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs.
• Developing and implementing targeted intervention programs to support students' development.
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and parents to provide cohesive support.
• Providing training and guidance to school staff on strategies to support students' speech and language development.
• Keeping detailed records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach to working with a range of professionals and the ability to work independently.
