- Execute performance testing activities across various financial systems, including trading platforms, banking applications, and transaction processing systems.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Monitor system performance metrics during load tests and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Generate comprehensive performance test reports and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus but not required.
