    Vouch is looking for a Performance Manager to join the heart of the company as part of a close-knit team of digital specialists who are committed to helping their clients with whatever they need to grow their business.

    The Performance Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client's target KPIs.

    We are a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency working with global brands, looking for an experienced PPC Account Manager on a permanent basis.

    As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our clients and translating these into effective control of paid budgets, strategies, and execution.

    This role reports into the Senior Performance Manager and Managing Director, working closely with the account management team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and who is bursting with ideas of how we can continue to take our paid media initiatives to the next level for our clients.

    You will also be engaged in the continual development of Vouch's product offering to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of delivery trends.

    You will be coming from a senior executive performance manager role or already a performance manager.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Client campaign setup
    • Ongoing campaign monitoring and optimisation
    • Manage large budgets across your owned activity
    • Bid budget management
    • Collaboration with Client Account Managers and Head of Performance on driving account growth
    • Campaign Reporting, Analysis and Communication of Performance

    Requirements

    Technical

    • 3+ years experience in Paid Search & Paid Social account management
    • Strong knowledge of Paid Search & Paid Social Platforms Platforms (particularly Google Ads, Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads, and Bid Management technology)
    • Understanding of other performance channels and platforms including Programmatic
    • Google Ads Search Certifications
    • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
    • Competent with Paid Media forecasting
    • Optimise campaign budget allocation based on CPA, ROI, ROAS and other data signals
    • Granular control over traffic allocation, keyword expansion, negative keywords, etc
    • Implement new tests across landing pages, ad copy, bidding, audiences, etc
    • Experience with building and/or maintaining Google Data Studio reports
    • Monitor brand health and analyse competitive landscape
    • Consistently document processes and operational principles regularly carried out
    • Handle finance processes: accounting, POs and invoicing
    • Perform daily account optimisations and identify any performance issues or opportunities
    • An understanding of the fundamentals of Google Analytics for tracking performance of ecommerce / conversion campaigns
    • An understanding of ad platform conversion tracking processes, attribution and KPIs

    Professional

    • Extensive experience in Paid Media, preferably from a high-growth e-commerce brand or agency
    • Strong communication skills
    • High Initiative and attention to detail
    • Analytical mindset and a curious, critical thinker
    • Excellent level of written English and highly numerate
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex data into actionable insights
    • Excellent organisation and time management
    • Strong proposal writing skills, and able to produce high-quality documents
    • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
    • A team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently
    • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
    • A motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to take on new challenges and manage multiple priorities
    • Work with Account Managers and external teams to execute creative campaigns which are consistent with the overall marketing roadmap and brand
    • Keep up to date with the latest changes in the Paid Media landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally

    Salary: circa £30k depending on experience.
