    Developmental Community Mental Health Nurse - Greenwich East ADAPT


    We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Band 5 nurse to join the Greenwich East ADAPT Team in a developmental role.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a busy and varied multi-disciplinary environment and work towards Band 6 via an agreed set of competency.

    You will alongside clinical and other non-clinical colleagues to make a positive contribution to our patient's journey to recovery


    The Greenwich ADAPT Service provide care and treatment to individuals who are experience anxiety, depression, affective disorder, personality or trauma.

    This will include Structured Clinical Management training funded via Health Education England and provided by The Anna Freud Centre.

    The post holder will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessment of service users and carers mental health and social care needs.

    Once these needs have been identified the post holder will be responsible for developing a goal focussed and person centred care plan to enable the provision of an appropriate intervention.

    Registered Mental Health Nurse

    Previous experience working/training in a community setting

    Experience working/training in a clinical setting with people with complex mental health needs.

    Previous experience working/training in a community setting

    Understanding of the assessment process with people with mental health needs,
    Experiencing/training with trauma, EUPD diagnosis
