About the role
***You would be joining the Germany Contract Division, which spans across 3 Core areas. We have dedicated resources looking at Software Engineering, Cloud and Embedded Engineering.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carving out a vertical within one of our core pillars (Cloud, Data, Engineering, Cyber)
- Expanding our current customer base together with focussing on new customer acquisition
- Business Development & Account management
- Becoming a market SME to promote your own personal recruitment brand
Must haves:
- Experience in a sales, recruitment or team environment
- Tenacity, grit and resilience
- Organisational skills this role will require multitasking and day planning
- Solution oriented approach to work
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Microsoft Office and Social platform experience
