    Product Manager

    Company: Greenfield SaaS

    WHY: 1st Product Owner in a Greenfield Product team

    Location: hybrid for 1st 6 months - Wokingham office (2 days a week, can support hotel stay)

    • Are you a Product centric individual who has experience working with other Product Owners or Product Managers to feed multiple applications onto one core SaaS platform?

    The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager to join a new Greenfield SaaS team. With over 10,000 customers their solutions SaaS solutions are industry recognised.

    As the 1st Product Manager in the team, you will be the champion for solutions and take pride in full accountability for their success, evangelising internally and externally. You are a key stakeholder and decision maker for successful product delivery. You will work closely with the Product Directors to inform and define the strategy and you will own the roadmap for a range of core platform capabilities that will be the foundation for future products and differentiate us in the market.

    This is an exciting Greenfield team where you will work alongside an innovative Product Director to build reusability and scalable SaaS applications.

    Responsibilities include: Product Manager

    • Autonomously own and support a modern and reusable Greenfield SaaS Product with multiple applications/modules
    • Define and iterate the roadmap through working closely with internal colleagues and customers
    • Lead sprint planning, working collaborative with UX/UI, Development and QA to deliver customer focussed solutions
    • Engage customers to qualify concepts, designs and prototypes
    • Review progress of development and escalate any risks or changes to delivery
    • Assist teams with outward facing product communications and ensure internal teams receive required training on new products

    Experience Required: Product Manager

    • 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS Vendor
    • Demonstrable success bringing new products/modules to market or success building out n ew customer segments
    • Experience collaborating alongside other Product Managers or Owners to manage multiple requirements onto a single central platform
    • Expertise of delivering and maintaining core platform capabilities used by different applications (i.e. document management, CRM, authentication, workflow, analytics, alerts, etc.)
    • Proven experience managing requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritise these to deliver best outcomes
    • Strong ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
    • Adaptable communication style who can collaborate and challenge ways of working
