The Role


Supporting SEO strategies for optimised, marketing, and partner+ clients in order to ensure continuous organic traffic growth in line with strategic client goals.


We're looking for someone passionate about SEO and content, who will use data to create optimised, informative, and engaging strategies and content that will achieve client SEO objectives.


You will work closely with the SEO Strategist to support in client strategies, as well as the Tech SEO team to ensure website health, and our copywriters to develop optimised web content (from landing pages to evergreen blog posts).

To be successful as an SEO content strategist you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, as well as a commercial mindset in order to work towards outlined KPIs and successful ROI.


You will work closely with clients and Head of Search to set website objectives and specs based on client briefs and our expert knowledge.

You will monitor and report on success and have a passion for working on improving SEO within the recruitment industry.


Your Responsibilities

  • Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly and to report to clients on the outlined work and its impact on the website, conversion, and how this relates to our outlined goals
  • Creating highquality SEO content strategies for short
- and long-term objectives, with support from the SEO Strategist

  • Supporting keyword research and optimisation of content by working with the Head of SEO and by upholding high standards of optimisation across all Vennture websites
  • Supporting the Tech SEO department by looking after monthly health checks and working closely with the team to ensure the websites are in a good position
  • Be aware of all available marketing and SEO channels, and have thorough understanding of how SEO can impact overall performance and client goals.
  • Clearly understand client business objectives and consider all KPIs in mapping out an optimised website
  • Schedule work ensuring all deliverables are planned accurately to execute the strategy and meet deadlines. Holding relevant team members to account for work delivered and ensuring brand consistency across all content
  • Planning budget and quarterly deliverables to meet strategy goals.

The Requirements

  • A relevant marketing qualification or 1+ years' experience within a marketing or SEO role
  • Commercial understanding of SEO impact
  • Experience creating and executing successful B2B & B2C strategies
  • Working knowledge of SEO and basic keyword research
  • Proficient use of Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, and SEMrush (or equivalent) and skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
