At Recruit 2 You we are pleased to announce our newest vacancy based in Ripley, Derbyshire.


Our client who manages in heavy machinery projects are looking for a Full Time Health & Safety Administrator to join their team.


Your responsibilities as the new Health & Safety Administrator:

  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments where required
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases on the MYCompliance system
  • Preparing site files ready to be used on site.
  • Scanning and archiving site files when sites have completed.
  • Dealing with Site Managers/Supervisors requests for supplies for site such as signage, fire extinguishers etc
  • Updating the approved list of subcontractors/suppliers for the Company
  • Assisting HSEQ Managers, Advisors and Technicians as requested
  • Requesting up to date information from subcontractors/suppliers for example, insurance, SSIP certificates etc
  • Assist the Department with ISO compliance.
  • Any other reasonable request by line manager or Directors of the business.

Your skills & requirements as the new Payroll Administrator:

  • Proficient communication and administrative skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Ability to Organise and Prioritise
  • Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager.

About the role:


  • Full Time 40 hours per week

  • Friday
  • Salary Dependant on Experience
  • 21 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
