- Represent the Brand: Ensure consistency and perfection in brand representation across all interactions.
- Create: Ideate and deliver high-quality designs for product features, including logos, templates, wireframes, visual concepts, layouts, and more.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce brand-appropriate design experiences across various platforms.
- Autonomy: Independently gather insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and execute pixel-perfect designs and interactions.
- Process: Own the design process from need-finding to execution, including research, analysis, wireframing, visual design, and implementation.
- Building a brand book and rolling it out across the business
- Building a design system for the company i.e marketing and product
- Refreshing their website
- Building landing pages for their product suite
- Designing brand identities for the products they will be launching soon
- Creating social media templates
- Templates for customer success, sales, and internal use
- Email Templates support in user testing
- Assisting product and marketing in ongoing initiatives
- Reporting HR by designing engaging recruitment and onboarding collateral
- A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience as a visual or product designer.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple teams and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to convey rationale and thought process effectively.
- Highly organised with the ability to contribute to building a design system and living brand.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor others in the design team.
