    LONDON - HYBRIDOPERATIONS & CONFIRMATIONSUP TO £55,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

    My client, a Commodity Trading company have an exciting opportunity to join their Operations team.

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

    Confirmations

    • To ensure the timely process of trade reconciliation of Base Metal Confirmation
    • Email with Counterparty and Clients for their positive affirmation of their Outstanding Base
    • Metal Confirmations utilising the confirmation platform to issue secondary chaser emails to Counterparty
    • Production, checking, auditing all electronic confirmations for Metals Clients through Client Online portal.
    • Resolve trade queries with brokers and clients through discussion with Marketers and Metals Operations team.
    • Discuss Set up queries with Client Service Group (CSG) team for any issues with portal Client Online.
    • Production of weekly report for Outstanding Base Metal Confirmation for Management and Executive.
    • Assist in the production, affirmation and reporting of confirmations in additional asset classes.
    • Support Operations & Confirmations Management in the advancement of systems and appropriate support documentation.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Good communication skills
    • Previous settlements, confirmations or operations experience
    • Good attention to detail
