Join our team as Multi-Trade Operative

We have an opportunity for new multi trade operatives to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader.

We are looking for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team for carrying out responsive repairs, PPM's and full-scale project works on commercial and industrial properties across London and the South-East relative to the location you are based from.

The role will include both lone working at times and regular team working at other times and you will work alongside a long serving management team, who are dedicated to providing the support to the customers and also to the tradesmen on site.

The role
We are looking for someone to join us in the role of a Multi-Trade Operative. Location can be based anywhere within greater London or outside.

Pay:
£33,000 basic starting salarywith an additional 7.5% bonus scheme in place to increase earnings
, plus regular double time overtime is available.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering quality workmanship within your specific trades and without close supervision
You will take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
You will maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
Ensuring company vehicle is used in accordance with company vehicle policy

What you will need;

Experience in at least one of these trades, but not limited to; Carpentry and Joinery, plumbing, tiling, rendering, plastering, painting and decorating.
As a company we also carry out ground works repairs, drainage and roofing repairs, so applicants of all skill sets are welcome
Excellent Communication Skills
A full driving license
Ability to work on own or as part of a team
