Soft Services Manager/ Cleaning


Location:
Doncaster, DN3 3FB


Pay:
£13.50 per hour

Shift:
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 15:00. Flexibility around start/finish times. Average 30 hours per week.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Soft Services Manager who will work at our client's prestigious site.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people as this will be a hands on role.

Duties of a Soft Services Manager:
Managing a small team, arranging holiday cover, training, inductions, payroll etc
Responsible for landscaping, pest control and 3rd party industrial cleaning, full training will be provided
Managing day to day run of site, including any machinery issues and suppliers
Maintaining a strong relationship/communication with the client, working together to exceed expectations
Fully understand specification and implement on site
Understand KPI/SLA's and ensure targets are met monthly
Managing OutCo visits for cold weather services and sharing with the client
Manage all budgets, hours, consumables, uniform, stationary
Management of all service lines and sub-contractor works according to requirements
All electronic auditing requirements- Weekly & Monthly
Managing HR activity within on-site team and carrying out staff management processes in line with HR guidance


Job role requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service
Works collaboratively with others, involving and encouraging other team members
