- Process examinations, awarding body registrations and qualification claims for student achievements.
- Answer and resolve queries from staff and students regarding awarding body activities, exam sessions, and results.
- Ensure that students receive any necessary information, as required by awarding bodies.
- Use the College's Management Information System (ProSolution) to accurately input data, ensuring accuracy.
- Work with all Exams personnel and other members of staff to provide an efficient, pro active service and excellence in delivery.
- Ensure that registrations, entries and withdrawals are completed accurately and within awarding body deadlines to avoid incurring financial penalties.
- Schedule and assist in the organisation of examinations to meet exam regulations.
- GCSE's A
- C / 4 in English and Maths, or equivalent
- Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification, or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow and explain procedures
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, using Microsoft Office programmes

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary:
£22,459 – £23,781 (Subject to job evaluation/pay award)
The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a small, friendly and positive team.

As an Examinations Administrative Officer, you should be confident, well organised, have the ability to prioritise and be proactive, with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will be able to work using your own initiative, with a flexible approach and adaptable to continuing change.
You will have a pivotal role, working within a dedicated area of responsibility, completing administrative procedures relating to examinations and achievements, for multiple qualifications and awarding bodies.
You must hold a minimum of GCSE English and maths at grade 4 – 9 (A – C), or equivalent, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, with experience of accurately inputting data.
An IT qualification such as ECDL or CLAIT and a minimum of two years' experience working in a busy office environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
