- Completing weekly maintenance plan within the factory
- Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and support staff
- Co-ordination of engineering activities during maintenance days and shut down periods.
