We're seeking a candidate from a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background who is aspiring to become a technical expert within Process Improvements. You'll work as part of a small expert team that will heavily invest in your knowledge and expertise combined with the scope of career progression all whilst having a great work life balance. About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Process Improvement Engineer, your day to day will focus on driving efficient production against the specified KPI's. This will involve a healthy balance between desk work (data analysis, root cause analysis, training, audits, writing report, SOP's etc) and providing leadership / driving change to the operators on the line.
